Ross Garage Site – LDA

The Land Disposition Agreement (LDA), now in front of the City Council, is in direct response to the Master Plan developed by the city to stimulate growth downtown. FoxRock is working with the City to execute upon the long-planned redevelopment of the Ross parking parcel, one key piece of the larger Quincy Center District Urban Revitalization.

The agreement will allow for FoxRock to build a significant commercial project downtown which will serve as the centerpiece for a new mixed-use destination in downtown Quincy with additional housing units and a hotel. Earlier this year, the City announced the Brigham Health/ South Shore Health medical building which will reside on the Ross site, an ideal location to provide world class healthcare to all Quincy residents.
